Project Faubourg showcased the seamless process of SuperPak working with its regional partners to produce high quality retail boxes for routers to be delivered and distributed in Batam. Beginning from the conceptualising and planning of the design of the retail box at our headquarters in SuperPak Singapore, our team would efficiently come up with the drawings and material types.
SuperPak would efficiently allocate reliable sub-contractor partners in Malaysia to produce the different components of the retail box – gift box, felt padding, paper pulp tray, manual sleeve, quick start guide. After all the component samples were produced, a quality audit would be done to ensure quality assurance. After the audit was completed, the different partners would mass produce the components and send them for assembly.
The final products would be sent to SuperPak for review before being transferred to our counterpart in Batam to complete the delivery to our client. SuperPak hence had delivered an integral and seamless packaging solution to our client according to the timeline as the sole touchpoint.
