Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where the sheet, or ‘film’ when referring to certain material types, is heated in an oven to a high enough temperature so that it can be stretched onto a mold and cooled to a finished shape. After which, it can either be die cut or cnc machined. Further processing such as bar coding or assembling can also be done. At superpak, we offer both vacuum formed and pressure formed parts.
