Our wooden products are made of plywood which is a versatile composite material made by bonding thin layers of wood veneer together. Each layer, or ply, is glued with its wood grain oriented at up to a 90-degree angle relative to adjacent layers. This cross-graining technique enhances the material’s strength, stability, and resistance to warping.
Plywood’s unique construction provides superior performance and adaptability compared to many other engineered wood products.
We provide planks made from various hardwoods sourced from Singapore, including Khaya, Narra, and Tembusu. As the only approved supplier by the National Environment Agency (NEA), we process these hardwood logs in our factory to produce planks of different sizes.
Our process includes heat treatment which involves heating pallets, boxes, or crates to a core temperature of 140°C for a minimum of 30 minutes. This process effectively eradicates insects and larvae, making the pallets suitable for international shipping.
We comply with the ISPM 15 standards required by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC). Our heat-treated pallets are stamped with the IPPC ISPM 15 logo as proof of compliance. Certificates of heat treatment are available upon request.
